Returns & Exchanges
We print everything to order and don’t hold print stock. For this reason, unfortunately I cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind. If you are really stuck, please send me an email and I’ll see what I can do.
Damaged or Faulty items
Unfortunately sometimes things can be damaged in transit. If your product has arrived faulty, please get in touch with the following:
- your order number and the date of your order 
- your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email 
- a detailed description of the damage or fault 
- please include photographic evidence 
Once I have received all of the above, I’ll respond straight away with a plan of action.
